If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What qualifies
- •Wrong item, missing item or a damaged product received.
- •Sealed, unused products in their original packaging.
- •Opened cosmetics cannot be resold, so they are accepted only when the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to start
- •Message WhatsApp +880 1965 580023 with your order number and a photo of the item.
- •We confirm within one working day and share a return address or arrange a pickup in Dhaka.
- •Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days after the item reaches us; exchanges ship immediately when stock allows.
Non-returnable
- •Free gifts, sachets and clearance items marked final sale are not eligible unless damaged in transit.
