Are the products original?
- •Yes. Every item is sourced from authorised importers and distributors. If a product is ever proven non-original, we refund it in full.
Which payments do you accept?
- •Cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh.
- •bKash and Nagad for prepaid orders, plus card payments where available.
Can I change my order after placing it?
- •Yes, before it is handed to the courier. Message us with the order number as soon as possible — after dispatch the order can only be changed through a return.
Do you sell wholesale?

Why do some prices show a strike-through?
- •That is the regular retail price. The price you pay is the larger number next to it, before any coupon.
